In two minutes time while I was digging a deposit slip out of my purse, a 16 month old can:
pull a dresser drawer out and completely empty it.
reach the almost empty cup of coffee at the back of your bedside table.
pull down the hairspray from your bathroom shelf. i'm not 100% sure where he sprayed it, as i couldn't find anything wet. hoping it was slobber running down his chin.
later that night he was playing so peacefully in the purse i had just stopped carrying. i was so proud of his independent play. until i realized he was shoving pens into my mac lipstick. at least it was viva glam V on the carpet and not mac red.
life is never boring around these parts!
